We want you to love your Mohabbat Fashions purchase. This policy explains when and how items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under UAE consumer protection law or other applicable consumer laws.
Return Window
For UAE orders, ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided all return conditions below are met.
For international orders, ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery where returns are available for your country. International return shipping, customs duties, and related fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unstained
- Free from perfume, deodorant, make-up, food marks, smoke, pet hair, or odour
- In original sellable condition
- Returned with all tags, labels, belts, accessories, packaging, and any gifts included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or required by applicable law:
- Custom-made, made-to-measure, altered, embroidered, personalised, or specially ordered items
- Final Sale items clearly marked "Final Sale" before checkout
- Gift cards, vouchers, store credit, or digital products
- Innerwear, underscarves, face veils, hijab caps, masks, earrings, hair accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items where packaging is opened
- Items damaged by misuse, incorrect care, alteration, perfume, deodorant, staining, or normal wear and tear
- Bulk, wholesale, or B2B orders unless covered by a separate written agreement
Defective, Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at [care@mohabbatfashions.com] with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the parcel, packaging, and item
- A short description of the issue
Please report visible damage or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery where possible. This timing does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy — repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit — and we will cover reasonable return shipping if the fault is ours.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything
- Pack the item safely with all tags, accessories, and original packaging
- Send using the approved courier or drop-off method
- Keep your tracking receipt until the return is fully completed
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns may be rejected or returned to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / size preference / personal reasons — the customer covers return shipping unless we clearly offer free returns
- Confirmed defective, damaged, wrong, or missing item caused by us — we cover reasonable return shipping or arrange collection
Original delivery charges, COD fees, cash handling fees, customs duties, and express fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law or caused by our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We may offer:
- Size exchange for the same item
- Colour exchange for the same item where available
- Store credit to place a new order
- Refund under this policy
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer another option or process a refund/store credit.
Refund Method and Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether it is approved.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the amount.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Cash on delivery (COD) refunds may be issued by UAE bank transfer or store credit if you agree and this is shown before checkout.
Store credit is non-transferable and can be used only on mohabbatfashions.com unless stated otherwise.
Partial Refunds and Rejected Returns
We may reduce or reject a refund if an item is returned used, stained, damaged, missing tags, accessories, or gifts — except where the fault is ours or the item was defective. We will always explain any rejection or deduction.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE consumer protection law or other mandatory consumer laws.
