This policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on mohabbatfashions.com.


Order Processing Time

Ready-to-wear items are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless a different processing time is shown on the product page.

Made-to-order, custom, altered, embroidered, pre-order, or personalised items require additional production time. The estimated time will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or shared by our customer care team.

During launches, Eid/Ramadan seasons, sale periods, public holidays, or high-volume events, processing and delivery may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates after dispatch, not guarantees:

Customs, courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote areas, incorrect addresses, and customer unavailability can all affect delivery times.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown before checkout. Charges may depend on destination, courier, order value, product weight, delivery speed, and promotional offers.

If we offer free delivery, it applies only under the conditions stated in the offer.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For delivery outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local charges may apply in the destination country.

Unless we clearly state "duties paid" at checkout, these charges must be paid by the customer or recipient. Mohabbat Fashions does not control customs charges and cannot predict or guarantee their amount.

If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient did not pay required customs charges, we may deduct courier charges, customs charges, and return costs from any refund permitted by law.


Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery

Our courier may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or tracking link. Please respond promptly and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

If delivery fails because the address is wrong, the recipient is unavailable, customs information is missing, or the parcel is refused, additional delivery or return charges may apply.


Damaged Parcels

If the outer parcel appears badly damaged, opened, wet, or tampered with at delivery, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately with photos.

If you accept the parcel and later discover damage, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the outer parcel, label, packaging, and item.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information where available. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear.


Split Shipments

We may ship items separately if they are stored in different locations, have different production timelines, or require separate packaging. You will not be charged extra for this unless clearly stated before checkout.


Delivery Restrictions

We may be unable to deliver to PO boxes, hotels, military areas, remote areas, restricted countries, sanctioned regions, or addresses where reliable courier service is unavailable.
